Pastor Cletis K Reaves, Jr. is a native Florida who grew up in Taylor County. He was born September 24th, 1984. He is the son of Minister Cletis Keith Reaves Sr. and Pastor Chiquita Michelle Hughes. He has five siblings. He attended the local area public schools and graduated from Taylor County High School. At the age of 5, he gave his life to the Lord and served at Christian Tabernacle as a percussionist and trumpeter. The favor of God was upon him while attending Taylor County Public Schools, as he won the Disney Dreamer and Doer Award in 10th grade, and Class President in 11th and 12th grades. He was nicknamed “Reverend” by friends and teachers at his school. He went on to pursue an education at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and earned a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. While in college, he became close with his spiritual mentor, Dr. D. Jerome Garrett. It was through this relationship that he rededicated his life to the Lord and began to serve at a greater capacity in ministry. He joined the FAMU Gospel Choir following the footsteps of his mentor and began to learn bass guitar and piano. He later served as Music Director of the choir.

When Dr. Garrett, began his ministry Covenant Restoration International in 2009. Cletis was appointed as the Minister of Music and served under Dr. Garrett in this ministry. Cletis began to unlock his potential as a worshipper, minister, and songwriter in this ministry. He also used his gifts at various churches in the community. In 2013, he was ordained and licensed as an Elder of the church. In the same year, he relocated to Germany. He served as a minister at the Grafenwoehr/Netzaberg Gospel Service from 2013 to 2017. He led worship, preached, coordinated youth programs, and taught Bible study in that ministry. He also served in various places in the community as a minstrel and minister of God. He went to a prison in Weiden Germany and ministered with the Hope and Joy Gospel Choir. He helped minister to youth in Tachov, Czech Republic. He ministered to souls at a conference in Winterburg, Germany, where he conducted his first baptisms. While serving in the Grafenwoehr/Vilseck community, God gave him great favor among the citizens. He met his future wife, a U.S. Soldier from Cameroon, named Ornela Manuella Kamga Kamayou. He grew close with many Christian leaders in the community.  One of those leaders was Bishop Steve Edwards. At the end of 2016, Bishop Edwards approached him to become an assistant pastor at New Life Christian Center in Vilseck, Germany. After much prayer and seeking wise counsel, Cletis accepted the position and was ordained Assistant Pastor on January 1st, 2017. Consequently, Cletis and Manuella were married on May 4th, 2017. They now have 3 children, Cletis III, Elisha, and Grace. He served New Life Christian Center under Senior Pastor Dan Davis until July 27th, 2020.  God opened a door for Cletis and his family to move to Lawton, Oklahoma, and work on Fort Sill. He and his family served at The Impact Center of Lawton, while seeking God about the direction for their lives. Through much prayer and preparation, Cletis answered the call of God to start Restoration Love Center of Lawton. He was released from The Impact Center by Apostle Ray Garcia and is being ordained under the Covenant Apostolic Network by Apostle Dr. D. Jerome Garrett.

Elder Manuella Reaveswasborn on a 24th of August 1993 in Yaoundé, Cameroon to God-fearing parents (Gilbert and Guysette Kamayou). She is the 2nd of 4 daughters (Arlette in Arizona,Pascale in France, and Ines in Cameroon).Elder Manuella Reaves is a passionate daughter of Christ, wife, mother, andservant of the Lord. She loves painting, designing clothes, writing plays, illustrating books, writing songs,singing, and sharing the love of Jesus. Elder Manuella gave her life to Jesus around the age 11. She has always had a passion for the Word of Godand for helping people. Consequently, while in high school, her peers gave her the nickname “Guidance Counselor.” Because of her devotion to the Lord and the church, her family member gave her the nickname “Young Elder.” Consequently, as singer, to enhance, expand, and practice the musical gift within her, Elder Manuella joined the “Group Musicale” of EEC Biyem-Assi, Yaound (2009 - 2012.

She served in Emmanuel Baptist Church Choir (2012 -2013) She served at Faith Fellowship Ministries International (2013 – 2015) under the auspices of Pastor Stephen Ariytey. She served at Grafen Whoer Gospel Service Chapel (2016 -2017.She also served at New Life Christian Center in Vilseck, Germany (2016 – 2020) She has blessed several other congregation with her melodious voice.In 2015, Elder Manuella graduates with an Associate degree in General Studies Health Care from Quinidamine Community College (QCC) in Worcester, Massachusetts.  In 2020 she graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from UMUC in Baltimore, Maryland. She served in the U.S. Army (2015 – 2020). She was trained in Fort Jackson South Carolina and Port Lee Virginia. Elder Manuella was stationed in Vilseck Germany. Elder Manuella met her husband, Pastor Cletis Reaves Jr.in 2016, and on 4th of May 2017 they got married. God has blessed them with three amazingchildren (Cletis III, Elisha and Grace).  Elder Manuella Reaves is excited about the launch of Restoration Life Center, where she will serve with husband where she plans to develop and utilize all of her God given gifts, as a psalmist, prophetic minister, intercessor, teacher, and counselor.
